The Public Garden, North Station and the Longfellow Bridge, shot on foot across the city in a single evening. A different kind of problem to solve than the ones I get paid for.
THE WALK
BOSTON ON FOOT
Every frame here came off one walk — 5.72 miles across the city on an 89° August evening, starting at 6:30pm and finishing after dark. Two and a half hours out, but only an hour and forty of it moving. The rest was standing still waiting for the light, which is the part that actually makes the photographs.
