My journey into technology began when I was 15, inspired by how players around the world connected to dedicated servers in video games. That fascination led me deep into the world of computers and networking. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity and privilege to work with inspiring companies, helping them grow and evolve through technology.

Today, I’m driven by a passion for delivering the best IT services possible while continuously improving my skills as new tools and technologies emerge.

I specialize in providing IT services for small and remote businesses, including network setups, firewall configurations, and VPN deployments. My clients range from startups to companies that have been in business for over 30 years. I have particular expertise working with construction companies, accountants, bookkeepers, and service-based businesses across New England — including plumbers, electricians, and sign shops. 

I own and operate Knowledge Designs as of today.
